No, If the exercise are done properly with the correct intensity and volume. Beginner should not be pushed too hard.
Can I loose weight just with exercise?
You can, but it will take longer to reach your goal and once you do it will be harder to sustain your desired weight. Diet and nutrition are just important as exercise in a weight lose program.
How many calories do you have to eliminate burn or burn to lose 1 pound?
You need to have a deficit of 3500 calories to loose 1 pound. A better way of looking at it is, if you eliminate 250 calories a day from your diet ( a bag of chips or a can of regular soda) and burn off 250 calories from exercise, you will have a deficit of 500 calories. If you can do it for 7 days, you will have eliminated 3500 calories and lost 1 pound. ( 500 calories x 7 days = 3500 calories)

What is core training?
Core training focuses on training the muscles that help maintain and improve posture, mobility, flexibility, balance and strength. These muscle groups include the trunk, abdomen, thighs, buttocks and pelvis. Essentially, from your knees to your upper chest.
