At Tri-Fitness we offer programs exclusively design for youth training.

Ron and Brian are the only Level 2 Certified Youth Fitness Specialist through the IYCA (International Youth Conditioning Association) in the Chicago area.

The most important element of our Youth Fitness Program is that the kids have FUN While learning the techniques they need to perform better in the sports they play and the fun they have just playing.

We offered the following Youth Programs: - Both Sports Performance Training and General Fitness training is offered.
