Jump Start

Audience: Ages 7-12

Focus: Sets an early athletic foundation

The Parisi Jump Start Program utilizes the most up-to-date research to build a young athlete’s physical foundation, improve their coordination and self-esteem. Our signature speed and strength training methods are serious, but all within a fun and friendly environment to ensure the young athlete is engaged and motivated to give 110%.

Total Performance

Audience: Ages 12-15

Focus: Signature programming that provides maximum, foundational improvement to support athletic performance

The Parisi Total Performance Program utilizes the most up-to-date research on safe athlete training techniques and injury prevention as it foundation. This program uses our signature speed and strength training methods and cutting-edge coaching techniques to produce maximum improvements in athletic performance.

At this level, programming is broken down into an individual focus per session. These are:

  • Linear Speed: Parisi’s signature straight-ahead acceleration and top-speed running techniques.
  • Multi-Directional Speed: Agility and ability to decelerate and move in any direction quickly.
  • Upper and Lower Body Strength: Strength training exercises for muscle development and injury prevention.

Elite Performance

Audience: Ages 14-22

Focus: Training focused on unlocking an athlete’s full potential

Parisi Elite Sports Performance transitions Total Performance athletes to their next level of ability. This program focuses on the regression and progression of our signature speed-training methods. At this level, we individualize strength training for athletes based on their abilities and specific goals.

Utilizing either Basic Strength or Advanced Strength programming, this program builds on an athlete’s physical foundation and develops their athletic abilities even further, in order for them to maximize their potential and reach their goals on game day.

Sports Performance Training

Our unique program includes instruction in movement training, injury reduction and rehabilitation, linear and lateral speed techniques, foot speed and agility, explosive power development, proper functional strength training and energy system conditioning.

The workout becomes progressively more challenging once basic techniques have been mastered. Our world class coaching staff ensures proper progression over the duration of the session. Our programs are the following

1 on1 Training – This will allow you to maximize your training experience with individualized coaching and programming, with a program tailored to your specific goals and needs.

All personal training clients will receive a consultation to discuss health history and a full-body movement screen to best assess their needs. Our coaches have experience working with a wide range of clientele ranging from fat loss to injury rehabilitation to sports performance. No matter the goal, our coaches will build a program that is tailored to fit the client’s needs while also providing coaching and support to help attain those goals.

Semi Private – Semi-private training is another option for those looking for individualized coaching and programming but enjoys having training partners to help motivate and encourage each other along the way. Small groups of 2-3 still provide the opportunity for individualized coaching at a more cost-effective price point.

Group – A maximum or 5 athletes or clients. Keeping the group small so everyone can still receive individual coaching, but still have the fun of competition and motivation from the group. This is our most cost-effective price point.

YOUTH SPORTS PERFORMANCE PROGRAMS

Youth groups are designed for young athletes ages 8-11 and will help build a physical foundation for movement skill, improve their coordination and self -esteem. We work on speed training and proper technique to help them develop foundational athletic skills that will help me rise above their competition. We incorporate all of the Parisi Speed School criteria and fundamentals in our programing.

MIDDLE SCHOOL SPORTS PERFORMANCE PROGRAMS

Middle School athlete groups or 1 on 1 training are designed for young athletes ages 11-14, and will give your young athlete a leg up on the competition. Our emphasis is on teaching young athletes the fundamentals of strength and conditioning in a safe learning environment. This program is 60 minutes in length and incorporates all elements of our world class programs, modified for the younger athlete. We incorporate all of the Parisi Speed School criteria and fundamentals in our programing.

HIGH SCHOOL SPORTS PERFORMANCE PROGRAMS

High School athlete groups or 1 on 1 training are designed for athletes ages 14-18 and made to enhance the performance of your young athlete in any venue they choose. We aim to help your high school athlete feel stronger, faster, and more powerful than the competition. This program is 60 minutes in length and incorporates all elements of our world class program and is enhanced to suit the needs of maturing athletes. We incorporate all of the Parisi Speed School criteria and fundamentals in our programing.

COLLEGE /PROFESSONAL SPORTS PERFORMANCE PROGRAMS

Summer college athlete or professional athlete groups or 1 on 1 training are designed for current, or rising collegiate athletes preparing for their upcoming school year.  With the needs of higher-level athletes in mind, the program uses advanced strength and conditioning techniques as well as more intense conditioning regimens to ensure all athletes are ready for their next competitive season. The program is designed to the same specifications as our professional athlete summer programs, they are 60 minutes in length and incorporate all elements of our world class programs.

Chicago Personal Training

If you have a specific goal in mind, are rehabilitating an injury, or just want closer personalized attention, personal training with any one of the world class coaches at Tri-Fitness & Performance is an excellent option.

This will allow you to maximize your training experience with individualized coaching and programming, with a program tailored to your specific goals and needs.
